How to Clone Yourself: Pairing a Virtual Assistant with AI-Powered SOPs

Most small-firm owners and solo professionals hit the same wall. The business runs on what is in your head. You are the only one who knows how the intake should sound, how a file gets opened, how a client gets followed up with. You cannot take a week off without everything stalling.

The fix is not hiring a senior person who already thinks like you. That is expensive and slow. The fix is writing down how you work so clearly that a sharp virtual assistant can run it, with AI doing the heavy lifting in the middle.

It works in three layers. First, a written SOP, a standard operating procedure, that spells out a repeatable task step by step.
