Every engagement runs through the same four steps.

The Conversation (30 minutes, free)

A working call. We talk through what your week looks like, where time is going, and what you've already tried. By the end, you'll know whether Clarebridge is the right fit and what an engagement would look like.

Workflow Review

A structured review of how the work actually gets done. We map where time goes, look at the tools and handoffs in place, and identify where the friction is.

You get a written recommendation: what to fix, in what order, and what each fix would take to build.

AI Consultation

Once the problems are named, we recommend specific tools for specific use cases:

  • Tool recommendations with reasons.
  • An honest read on what AI can and can't do for your situation.
  • Recommendations you can act on yourself, or hire us to build.

Implementation and Support

If you want help building it, we configure the tools with you, not for you.

  • We set up tools and integrations together.
  • We build the workflow into how you actually operate.
  • We stay available as the configuration gets used in real conditions.
  • We adjust as the business changes.
