Most engagements start with a workshop or the workflow review, because most owners can't yet name where the time is going. From there, the consultation and the implementation work follow if they make sense. You can also engage on any one alone. The first call is 30 minutes and costs nothing to book.

AI Workshops

Hands-on sessions that teach your team to actually use AI tools in the workflows they run every day, not a lecture on what AI is.
