Cowork Team Training
A half-day, hands-on session that trains your team to run their own workflows through Claude Cowork, Anthropic's AI workspace for everyday business work. Up to 8 people, flat fee, delivered on-site in Chicago or virtually.
Somewhere in your team's week there is a layer of work that does not need a person: first drafts, research summaries, status reports, meeting notes turned into follow-ups, data moved by hand from one system to another. It gets done because it has to be, and it gets done by people you hired for their judgment.
Claude Cowork handles that layer well, once someone shows your team how to hand the work over. That is what this session does.
The curriculum is written for your team, from your team's actual work. Nobody practices on sample data.
A short discovery call with you and one or two team members. We pull the workflows that eat the most time and build the session, and a custom prompt library, around them.
Three and a half hours, hands-on. Each person works inside their own Claude Cowork account on their own real work. The session closes with every attendee naming the workflows they will hand over first.
The prompt library is yours, documented and handed off. Your team can send questions by email for 30 days after the session while the new habits set.
