What it is

A half-day session, on-site in Chicago or virtual, split into two working blocks. Block one is a reality check on what AI actually does and how to pick the workflows in your business worth handing to it. Block two is hands-on practice in your team's real work, with tools set up and running before the session ends. Everyone leaves with prompts and templates they keep using.

Best for any team that wants its people using AI on day one instead of stuck reading a manual. The session is built on your work, whatever that work is.

How this is different from a consulting engagement

You book the workshop. Then we plan it.

Most of what Clarebridge does starts with a free diagnostic conversation, because bespoke work needs a diagnosis before anyone can scope it. A workshop doesn't. The format is set and the price is fixed by group size, so a deposit reserves your date first.

After that, a short kickoff call confirms your goals, your tools, and your group, and a discovery call with one or two of your team pulls the real workflows the session will run on. Neither call is where you decide whether to do this. That decision happens on this page.

Above 25 attendees, we split into two workshops. No per-seat pricing, no hourly billing. Terms: 50% deposit on booking, 50% on the day of the workshop. The deposit locks your date.

30-day tail

• Prompt library delivered as a shared doc your team owns
• Async Q&A support by email, capped at 3 hours
• Optional day-14 group check-in, 30 minutes

The live session runs 3.5 hours and closes with a personal action plan: each attendee names the workflows they will use the following week.

1:1 coaching sessions per attendee, $300 per hour, sold in blocks of 4
Monthly office hours after the 30-day tail, $500/month, one hour a month, first 3 months prepaid

Before the workshop

Your team has access to whichever AI tool the session runs on. Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or another tool you already use, confirmed on the kickoff call. Without existing access, the session shifts toward strategy and live demo rather than hands-on, at the same price.
Your CRM or core systems named ahead of time so the curriculum reflects what you actually use.
Attendee count locked at least 5 business days before the session.
